Had a THOROUGHLY ENJOYABLE stay in our bright room with fabulous views. A hair dryer and a walk-in shower were available there.

The breakfast was excellent, and we had a wonderful experience during our stay, despite some minor issues on the first night.

The hotel was in a great location, with easy access to restaurants and shops. The views were stunning from the room and the garden was lovely to walk through. We also appreciated the comfortable beds and delicious meals at the restaurant. Plus, we enjoyed spending time in the thermal pool and taking advantage of the massage services.

On the other hand, the customer service experience left something to be desired - we didn't receive much information about the hotel amenities upon arrival, and had trouble scheduling a massage due to limited staff. the hotel had some positive aspects but fell short in terms of service and certain amenities.

I loved the convenience of the location, being near the sea and so close to the main street with all its shops and restaurants. The hotel is conveniently located near the bus stop, making it easy to visit the shops in Lacco Ameno. the rooms have shutters to keep the light out for a good night’s sleep. In the morning, their breakfast is amazing and they even offer free toast.
